FluentArabia (fluentarabia.com) offers Arabic courses, textbooks, audio lessons and private lessons. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@fluentarabia.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: when you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. The form is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify. We use this only to reply to you.
  • Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your order. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Course videos: lessons for customers are played through Vimeo, which may set its own cookies.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read). This uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser.
  • Advertising: some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
  • Translate button: if you choose a language from the Translate button, the page is opened through Google Translate.

Cookies and your choices

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the consent message on this site, and delete cookies in your browser settings. We keep messages and order details only as long as needed to answer you, deliver what you bought, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
